Hit your Stride for Sonas this year and take part in a mini marathon event near you.
Support Sonas in 4 easy steps
Step 1: Register with Sonas.
Email fundraising@sonashousing.ie or ph: 01 872 0068 with your name, address and contact details and we will send out a fundraising pack containing
- A fundraising kit
- Your official Sonas t-shirt.
- A Sonas Sponsorship Card
Step 2: Select your race, and enter for the event
The Dublin Flora Women’s Mini-marathon takes place Monday 4th June 2012. Registration for the event opens February 22nd

Step 3: Start fundraising – Check out your fundraising kit for creative ideas, create an event on facebook, or set up a personal fundraising page on www.mycharity.ie to spread the word to your family and friends.
Step 4: Send in the funds you’ve raised to Sonas head office, or donate through your local bank branch and bask in the glory of all your hard work!
